If you can’t find the topic you’re looking for in the chapter headings, try doing a search or checking the keyword index. You’ll probably find it. Alternatively, if you cannot find answers to your questions in that manner, you can email me your question. Generally, you should receive an answer within a few days to a week at most. However, I receive a LOT of email and some of it ends up in my SPAM folder. Unfortunately, since I receive SO MUCH email (and so much spam), it is nearly impossible for me to search through my SPAM folder regularly to look for emails that might have been filtered.
Unless I already know your email is coming, chances are I won’t find it if it gets filtered and you might not get your question answered. However, there is another option that will assure that your questions get answered:

Of course, I will do this for you whether you are a VIP or not, BUT, with the volume of questions that I receive, it can often be awhile before I get to your email (as much as a few days to a week). In fact, as I mentioned a moment ago, because I often receive SO much email, some of it ends up in my spam/junk folder, and I often don’t have time to go searching through those emails (unless I’m expecting a particular email that doesn’t show up in my inbox).
As a result, it is entirely possible that you could send me an email requesting an answer to a question and NEVER receive a response because your email was filtered. That’s just the unreliable nature of email, unfortunately.

In addition to fast responses to your questions, you’ll have direct and immediate access to previous questions and answers from/to other VIP users, which, over time, will become a wealth of additional information, at your fingertips, whenever you want it.
Ask ANY lubrication or filtration related question you like. Most likely I’ll have an answer for you right up-front. However, if I do not and I need to research the issue a bit, I will let you know, and then will do some digging and get back to you as soon as possible.

I’m a lube and filter guy, not an auto tech. So, I can handle all your lube and filter related questions, but don’t expect me to diagnose problems with your car that are completely unrelated to lubrication or filtration.
I have a number of individuals that I would consider excellent candidates for this support service, but, they will want to be compensated for their time (as they should be). Thus, we’ll need to have some revenue coming from the VIP program before this can be done. I’m hoping that won’t take long.
